I am a qualified supervisor with over 15 years experience as a counsellor. I'm trained in person centred counselling as my main modality however I have also received training in Gestalt and Solution Focussed Therapy. I aim to provide a safe space where supervisees can develop their self awareness and gain a deeper insight into their own practice.

I'm trained in the seven eyed model and also the Creative Counsellors CIC, CRAFTS creative supervision model, as I have a creative art background I integrate creative practice into supervision. I work in a neurodivergent (ND) affirming way, with counsellors and professionals who are neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD) themselves or who have clients who are neurodivergent. My other areas of interest are anxiety, bereavement and burnout. I also integrate mindfulness into my practice.

My training is also in relational supervision with a focus on children and young people's counselling as well as adults. I welcome counsellors and professionals who work with children and young people as well as adults.

I offer supervision monthly but also adhoc when needed. I offer a discount for students training to be counsellors.

Supervision fees are £55 for an hour and £75 for 1.5 hours.
