Holistic Therapy

I started training in alternative therapies in 2003, completing my diplomas in Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. I also begin my Usui Reiki Journey over 20 years ago initially completing my level 1, 2 and the Master/Teacher back in 2005. I'm a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT)

Aromatherapy

I offer aromatherapy back and full body massages and we can discuss bespoke blends just for you. Aromatherapy blends the healing power of essential oils with gentle touch to ease stress, lift mood, and support emotional wellbeing. Oils are chosen just for you, making every session a personal and sensory rich experience.

Reflexology

I offer reflexology treatments for the feet and hands. 

Reflexology uses gentle pressure on specific points of the feet (or hands) that mirrors your body's internal systems.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head and Tibetan head massage

Focusing on the scalp, face, neck and shoulders, this rhythmic mental fatigue, and stimulate circulation. It is a deeply grounding massage.

Reiki Healing

I'm a Usui trained Reiki Master/Teacher offering attunements and healing

I also offer Angelic Reiki Healing appointments.

Sound Healing

Using Himalayan and Crystal Bowls, I have received training with the College of Sound Healing. I offer individual sound healing treatments and group sound baths.
