Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR)

The CMR course will teach you to build resilience through mindfulness and applying compassion. The course will share learning, through experiential practice and concepts.

This will will help you to
 

  • Gain techniques to cope with daily life.

  • Develop self-kindness

  • Develop self confidence and compassion

  • Become empowered


10 hour course (4 x 2.5hours) takes place online. £100 per participant. £160 for 2 family places.

This course has been created by Mindfulness UK and is structured to develop self-awareness, self-compassion and resilience over the four short sessions.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 

MBSR is an 8-week evidence-based program that offers secular, intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression and pain.

 

As a trained Breathworks facilitator I offer short mindfulness workshops for organisations, including free workshops for charities working with veterans or the neuro-divergent community.

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8 week course will be running again on Wednesday 4th June via Zoom 9:30am - 12:00pm. This course will be discounted for parents and carers of Autistic/ADHD/Neuro-divergent children and young people.
